Marie Curie Fellowship Association

The MCFA is an association of scientists who have once been awarded a Marie Curie fellowship or other European Community research training grant selected through a selection procedure. A Marie Curie fellowship is a grant within a harmonized scheme under one of the European RTD framework programmes to stimulate the training and mobility of researchers in the European Community.

European Science Foundation

European Science Foundation, ESF, promotes high quality science at a European level. It acts as a catalyst for the development of science by bringing together leading scientists and funding agencies to debate, plan and implement pan-European initiatives.

Europass

NARIC network

The NARIC network is an initiative of the European Commission and was created in 1984. The network aims at improving academic recognition of diplomas and periods of study in the Member States of the EU, the EEA countries and the associated countries in Central and Eastern Europe and Cyprus. The network is part of the Community's Programme SOCRATES/ERASMUS, which stimulates the mobility of students and staff between higher education institutions in these countries.

Enterprise Europe Network (EEN)

Enterprise Europe Network consists of 300 centres and was created by the European Commission to support Small and Medium Sized Enterprises (SMEs). The EEN is now active in 45 countries and advices, informs and assists businesses on Community issues. They also provide feedback to the European Commission about Community matters affecting SMEs. The centres are to be found in several places in Sweden.
